We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact. Made-to-order suits and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To start an exchange, reach out to our team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for exchange. We'll guide you through pickup and replacement.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item, once it has passed quality inspection.
